Accessibility Statement

The company operates and promotes equal accessibility in accordance with written accessibility legislation and sees clients with disabilities as customers with equal rights and are entitled to benefit from full access to the company website and company premises.

The purpose of this statement is to explain and define the company’s accessibility arrangements.

Employee Notice

All company employees are aware of the laws mandates, emphases on the prohibition of discrimination, provision of equal service in an inclusive environment, and the company’s accessibility arrangements for clients with disabilities.

 

Service Training for Employees

Employees as well as managers have been trained to provide service to people with disabilities.

 

Call Centers

The company’s areas of service are available and accessible to all of our customers, including those with disabilities.

The center’s voicemail is optimized for accessibility; there is no hold music, prompts are read aloud slowly and in simple language.

 

Providing Information in an Accessible Format

The company provides its customers with the option of receiving information in accessible formats. This information is provided at no cost and is intended for those with disabilities. For inquiries and information regarding accessibility, please contact one of the company’s accessibility centers as shown below.   

 

Internet Accessibility

The website has an accessibility menu. Selecting the menu will allow you to open the accessibility buttons. After selecting a menu item, wait for the page to load. The software is compatible with web browsers such as, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 10+, Safari, and Opera. It is recommended to use Chrome. You may experience incompatibility issues with other browsers.

Enlarging and reducing text size, change to grayscale colors, high contrast mode, reverse contrast mode, bright background, hide background images, highlight links, readable font – default font, reset settings.

 

Accessibility in The Squadron, Cinema City, Glilot complex

Large and accessible parking spots, intended for those with disabilities, are located near to the complex in various parking lots.

You can enter the Cinema City complex on dedicated ramps.

The Squadron complex is accessible through the main Cinema City elevators.

The Cinema City complex provides dedicated services to those with disabilities. There is signage and direction to The Squadron complex, elevators, and toilets.

Entrance to The Squadron, briefing rooms, simulator hall, and use of the simulators are all accessible to wheelchair users.

Admission will be allowed for those accompanying or assisting a person with a disability, including a sign language interpreter.

 

Clarifications

Despite our best efforts to provide an accessible browsing experience, pages that have not yet been completed, accessed, or are undergoing technologic review or maintenance may exist. Out of faith and a moral commitment to allow everyone to take part in view and take part in the website, we continue to put in out best effort to improve the accessibility of the site, especially for those with disabilities, as much as possible. We are happy to receive comments and or suggestions in order to improve accessibility and customer experience on the website.
