Let us introduce you our team! Our instructors will guide you during your visit in the Squadron

Colonel (res.), Kobi Regev

Founder and CEO of The Squadron. During his military service in the Israeli Air Force, he commanded over two combat flight squadrons. He was part of the founding team of “Haemek” squadron and filled a series of operational command positions and senior management positions in the defense establishment. His last position was an IDF attaché and a representative of the Ministry of Defense in Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, and Croatia. In addition, he serves (In Reserve) as an instructor in the flight academy and as commander of a control cell in the Air Force’s operational headquarters.
Kobi Has MA in global strategy, US Air Force University, USA.

Idmit Regev

Co- founder of the Squadron. During her military service in the Israeli Air force, Idmit served as a soldier welfare officer and public relations officer. Worked in Eshcolot group as the research and development manager. Idmit is also an interior designer and holds a degree MA and BA in communication research from BGU.
Idmit was the designer of The Squadron in Glilot.

Colonel (res.), Ariel Brikman

Vice president and development manager. Ariel served as the commander of an operational base in the IAF and a commander of two F16 combat squadrons. in addition, he serves (in Reserve) as an instructor in the flight academy, advisor in the IAF squadron commanders training and director in the evaluation centers of the IAF. Ariel is one of the founders of Ramon foundation (in memory of Ilan & Asaf Ramon). Ariel holds a master’s degree in Strategy Studies and is a graduate of the High Impact Leadership course, Columbia university, New York.

General (res.), Ilan Boger

Ilan served as the commander of an operational base in the IAF and a commander of F16 combat squadron. In his last position Ilan was head of personnel of the Israel Air Force. Ilan serves (in reserve) as an instructor in the IAF flight academy.
Ilan holds a master’s degree in Strategy Studies and is a graduate of the High Impact Leadership course, Columbia university, New York.

General (res.) Erez Ron

Erez is a leader in our professional training workshops. He served as the commander of an operational base in the IAF and a commander of a combat squadron. In addition, he serves (in Reserve) in a senior operational role and fully involved in the IAF operational actions. Erez holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv university.

Colonel (res.), Daniel

Daniel is a Leader in our professional training workshops. During his service in the IAF, he served in different administrative and command roles. In his last position, Daniel commanded the Air defense development department. In addition, he serves (in Reserve) as an operational navigator and in a senior position in the headquarters of the IAF. Daniel holds a law degree and Executive MBA from Bar Ilan university.

Colonel (res.), Mickey

Mickey is a leader in our professional training workshops. He served as a commander of two combat squadrons and his last role was the commander of the flight academy of the IAF. in addition, he serves (in Reserve) as an operational pilot and a senior commander in the operational headquarters of the IAF. Mickey holds a degree in computer science and law. he also holds a MA degree in management and negotiation.

Colonel (res.), Amir Harpaz

Amir is a leader in our professional training workshops. Amir served as the commander of Nevatim Air Base in the IAF and a commander of two combat squadrons. In his last position in the IAF he was the head of Intelligence research division. Today, Amir is a high school principal. He serves (in Reserve) in a senior operational role and as an instructor in the flight academy of the IAF. Amir holds a physics degree, political science master’s degree and a teacher’s certificate.

Colonel (res.), Tomer

Tomer is a leader in our professional training workshops. Tomer served as the commander of two combat squadrons. In addition, he serves (in Reserve) as a senior operational pilot. Tomer holds an industrial engineering degree, BSc degree and master’s degree in EMBA.

Ravli Barel

Director of marketing and public relations. During her military service, she served as an intelligence officer in the IAF. Ravli holds an MBA degree.

Captain (res.), Coral Alon

Business development manager. During her military service, Coral served as an operations officer in the spokesman of the IAF. In addition, she serves the same role in reserve. Coral holds a law degree.

Deen Zaiderman

Sales manager. During her military service, Deen served as a simulator instructor and officer. In addition, she serves today as an officer in the simulators division in the IAF headquarters. She has a great experience in mentoring and managing.

Ofek Vaknin

Operating manager. During her military service, Ofek served as a F-16 simulator instructor and commanded the instructor’s training course. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as an officer in the northern command. Graduated from “Bnei-Tzion” preparatory program.

First lieutenant (res.), Sharon Banay

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Sharon served as a F-16 simulator instructor and officer. Sharon also served as the commander of the instructors training course. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as an officer in the northern command and conducts the tryouts for the simulator instructor role. Today, Sharon is a med student in Tel Aviv university.

First lieutenant (res.), Tal Girtler

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Tal served as a simulator instructor and officer in the IAF flight academy. In addition, Tal took part of a delegation of the Ministry of defense in New York. Today, Tal is a med student in Tel Aviv university.

First lieutenant (res.), Shani Avital

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Shani served as a F-16 simulator instructor and officer. Shani also served in the instructors training course .In addition, she serves (in reserve) as an officer in the northern command and conducts the tryouts for the simulator instructor role. Today, Sharon is a med student in Tel aviv university.

Shira Naveh

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Shira served as a simulator instructor and commander of instructor training in the IAF flight academy. Shira took part of a service year in London as a young emissary of the Jewish agency. Today, Shira is a med student in Tel Aviv university.

Romi Cohen Rappaport

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Romi served as a M-346 (Lavi) simulator instructor and as a commander of instructor training in the IAF flight academy. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as an officer in the northern command.

Shirly Epstein

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Shirly served as a simulator instructor in the center of Air Traffic Control in Uvda air base. In addition, she serves (in reserve) in the same role. Shirly graduated from “Nahson” preparatory program.

May Yona

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, May served as a Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operational simulator instructor. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as simulator instructor.

Shira Yoran

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Shira served as a simulator instructor in the IAF flight academy. Shira took part of a service year “zamert” in ofakim. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as on officer in the northern command.

Netta Zvulun

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Netta served as a F-16 simulator instructor and officer. Netta also served as the commander of instructor training in the IAF flight academy. In addition, she serves (in reserve) as an officer in the northern command.

Ifat Vider

Simulator instructor in The Squadron. During her military service, Ifat served as a Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operational simulator instructor. Ifat took part of a service year “Shahar” in Bror Hayil.
